I have been able to successfully download and extract all the parts, but when i tried to run the executable file, I got this error "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have appropriate permissions to access the item."

what could be the problem, and how do i remedy it. I went through a lot of trouble to download all the parts.

if you are using windows 10, turn off real time protection under windows defender. then run it again.
